Refund policy

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be in the same condition as received
  • Unworn / unused, with all tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Must include receipt or proof of purchase

 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

Once your return request is accepted, we will send:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions on how and where to send the package

Please note: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Personal care items (beauty or hygiene products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original item.
Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order.

 

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to EU countries, customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason.

Items must still meet standard return conditions:

  • Unused and unworn
  • Tags attached
  • Original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund
