3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight, location, and courier service.

4. Shipment Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and tracking link via email.
- Tracking may take 24–72 hours to show movement depending on the logistics partner.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:
- Reshipping will be done at the customer’s expense.
- Refunds will not be issued for incorrect address errors unless approved under special conditions.
6. Delayed, Lost, or Stuck Shipments
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other external factors.
- If a package appears lost or stuck in transit for more than 20 days, please contact us.
